How JaiPlaSew uses customer information
This storefront uses customer information only where it is needed to run account access, checkout, payment follow-up, and direct order support.
Account and checkout data
When you sign in, register, or place an order, JaiPlaSew collects the contact and shipping details needed to create the account, prepare the order, and let you return to your purchase history.
That information is used to process the checkout flow already present in the app, including customer name, email, phone number, and shipping address.
Payment and order follow-up
The current storefront uses a PromptPay or bank-transfer payment flow with transfer-slip review, so order and payment records are retained to validate submitted payments and resolve customer support requests.
If you contact support about an order, JaiPlaSew may use the associated order code, payment status, and support email thread to complete follow-up.
Questions about privacy
For privacy questions tied to an account or order, contact admin@jaiplasew.com using the same email address you used during checkout whenever possible.
That makes it easier to verify the request against the order or account record already stored in the system.
